Common issues

Can't create user groups (permission denied): Your Slack workspace may restrict user group creation to admins only. A workspace admin must change the user group permissions in Slack settings. Learn how to fix this →
User groups can't be updated: Slack only allows bots to update user groups they created. Create the user group via Sched, or have an admin create it in Slack first.
Missing permissions: re-run the Slack integration setup and approve the requested scopes.
Uninstall / revoke access: uninstall the Slack app from your workspace, or remove the integration from Sched.
